Service Description
Breathwork Objectives: To instill calmness, decrease stress, and promote inner peace through various breathwork techniques. This is an excellent beginning to learn how to use the breath to anchor and cultivate resilience. There are a wide range of benefits including: reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, improving sleep, promoting relaxation, improving focus, and more. Learn a few simple techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. A special notice about the free sessions either being one-on-one or as a small group of like-minded individuals. The duration of the session is 30 - 45 minutes depending upon Q&A.
