

Healing Modalities
As numerous as the stars, many energy-healing modalities foster well-being emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Many are called to heal and be healed, to nurture the self while nurturing others, and to become a beacon of light, hope, healing, and positive service within our local and global communities.
Here are brief descriptions of a few modalities that I have used as well as others that just might want to investigate on your own.

Frankincense Oil: May reduce arthritis, gut functions, asthma, and balance the brain. Studies are being conducted on its anticancer properties.

Fulfill your Destiny: A blend from Young Living to uplift and create space for your passion and purpose.

Lavender Oil: Calming and relaxing of mind and body

Lemon Oil: A mood booster, that eases mental fatigue

Peppermint Oil: Good for digestive problems, IBS, and mental clarity. Studies are being conducted on its benefits for dementia.

Tea Tree Oil: Antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-oxidant, which helps reduce inflammation. You can find it in hair and skin products.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for the health and healing of many different types of conditions and ailments. It has been around for centuries and can be dated back to Mesopotamian, Greek, and Egyptian cultures whose uses included therapeutic, medicinal, cosmetic, beauty, and ritual purposes.
Essential oils are made by pressing or steaming various plant parts (flower, stem, leaves, bark, fruit) to capture the compounds that produce the fragrance. Nowadays you can find a wide variety of blends as well as single fragrances.
Essential oils have a wide range of benefits and usages however one must take into consideration the purity of the product, safety precautions, the brand label for its usage including the integrity of ingredients, and the purpose of your purchase. Not all essential oils are created equally, so doing your research online is important.
Creating Sacred Space
I use incense, sage sprays, smudging sticks, and/or aromatherapy in all of my healing sessions regardless if they are remote or in-person. I feel it is not only important to clear and cleanse your working spaces with loving light, but it also creates clarity, calmness, and a sense of oneness with God.

Angel Therapy
Angel Therapy is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with a person's guardian angels and archangels, to heal and harmonize every aspect of life. Angel Therapy also helps you to more clearly receive Divine Guidance from the Creator and angels.

We are not alone!
All of us have at least one guardian angel with us to support our divine mission and purpose as well as to help us with our daily challenges and changes. However, it is up to us to communicate with them, thank them for their assistance, and realize that their presence in our lives is part of God's loving plan.

Crystal Therapy
Crystal therapy has been used for centuries to help treat the body holistically for various ailments with the use of beautiful minerals. The use of crystals can be dated back to Egyptian times. It is the belief that certain stones or crystals have the ability to realign with the energy centers in the body called chakras and the energy channels called meridians. One can benefit from crystals just by simply wearing bracelets and necklaces, or by placing certain crystals in your home and office. Each and every crystal stone offers a specific healing vibration that helps remove blockages around the body and restore a natural flow of energy.

EFT and TFT Methods
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping) have been researched as effective methods in reducing anxiety and stress. Both techniques use a specific sequence of tapping on different places on the upper body that utilizes meridian trigger points and the principles of acupuncture without needles. The main difference between the two methods is that TFT uses different tapping sequences for different causes while EFT uses the same tapping sequence regardless of the situation.

Meditation
Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive. And it doesn't require any special equipment.
And you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction.

Reiki Energy
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Now, reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.
It is safe, gentle, non-invasive form of natural hands-on, energy-based healing.
